Brief Report of the activity	A highly inspiring Career Guidance Session was organized at PSC & KVSC Government College, Nandyala, affiliated to Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The session was conducted online and featured an interactive address by Ravi Krishna IPS, who engaged with the student community to motivate and guide them toward pursuing careers in civil services and government administration. The event was attended by 102 students from various departments along with faculty members. The session was held in the college seminar hall, which was equipped with a projector, speakers, and audio visual facilities to facilitate seamless online interaction

Brief Report of the activity	An MSME Awareness Programme was organized by the Career Guidance Cell and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of PSC & KVSC Government Degree College, Nandyal, to create awareness among students about entrepreneurship opportunities and government schemes that support small and medium enterprises. Objectives of the Programme To create awareness about Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). To inform students about government schemes and financial assistance for startups. To encourage students to explore self-employment opportunities. To promote entrepreneurial skills among students. Programme Details The programme was conducted in the college premises with active participation from faculty members and students. The guest speaker Smt. Saraswati, BLO, addressed the gathering and explained the importance of entrepreneurship and the role of MSMEs in economic development. She also highlighted various government initiatives and schemes that support young entrepreneurs and small business startups. An interactive session was also conducted where students asked questions about starting small businesses and the support available through government programmes.
