Brief Report of the activity	Department of English has conducted a guest lecture on Functional Language to third semester students. Through this guest lecture students could enhance the practical use of the language in real life situations focusing on communication skills rather than just grammar and theory. Dr. Krishnmurthy explained well about functional language, essential for daily interactions, work place communications and academic purposes. Students asked some questions and clarified by the resource person.
