About Examination Cell

PSC & KVSC Government College has Examination Cell which evaluates the Academic performance of the students. It guides and assists the faculty and the Students in both Internal and External Evaluation Processes in accordance with the guidelines laid under CBCS Framework.

Internal Examination Committee (IEC)

The college constituted an Institutional Internal Examination Committee (IEC) under the Chairmanship of the Principal which looks after the Internal and External Assessment processes.

The role of IEC is

• to prepare Examination Calendar in accordance with the Academic Calendar of the Rayalaseema University to which the College is affiliated.


• to circulate the notices and circulars related to the Examinations issued by the University time to time among the students and the faculty and also in the College Website.
  


• to conduct the Internal and External Examinations in smooth manner in coordination with the faculty as per the schedule.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Internal Examinations

The IEC ensures transparent redressal of any Grievance of the students related to the Internal Evaluation Process.
If any student is not satisfied with the internal evaluation, he/she can approach the concerned teacher. If the problem is not resolved then IEC involves to resolve the problem in a transparent manner in consultation with the Teacher.

External Examinations

The IEC helps redress the grievances related to the External Examinations by bringing to the notice of the Controller of Examinations of the Rayalaseema University through the Chief Superintendent of the Examination. As and when the results are declared by the University, the students are informed through the Notice Board and the Website. It also assists in applying for re-evaluation if any and the same is sent to the University for redressal.
